K1 is the field-evidence platform for construction. Work is captured on site, validated by a named human, cryptographically sealed — and money moves only against verified work.
Competitors record what happened. K1 dictates what can happen next: field tools stay locked until prerequisites are validated, and nothing enters the vault without a named human.
Every record carries its capture hash, seal hash, and a reference to the previous link — an unbroken SHA-256 chain from jobsite to authorization. Corrections are new versions; nothing is ever edited. Any segment exports as an independently verifiable, court-ready package.
CSQ — Construction Sealed Quality — scores volume, human validation, and chain integrity per schedule-of-values line. Above threshold, the line is payout-eligible; the owner releases the draw against a $ verified figure, not an invoice narrative.
